Through passion, patience and uncompromising persistence, he has mastered his own remarkable style of glass art-work, which combines optical crystal, lead crystal, and dichroic glass in a cold-glass process, and then to finish it off he hand sculpts them into beautiful unique shapes.

Although he has always loved art, Jack built up the the courage to open his own studio back in 2004, and through hours and hours of perfecting his innovative technique — day in and day out — he has now mastered what has become world renowned art that everyone is talking about. In fact, two of his masterful creations were even featured in Marvel’s hit movie Guardians of the Galaxy, and he has also created art for the president of Nigeria, and baseball legend Derek Jeter.

“What I do is I don’t use any heat at all, I grind and grind and grind and then I polish, that’s what separates me from everybody else. It’s much more difficult and it takes a lot more time. But for me the effects are just brilliant.”

Jack Storms’ work has been praised internationally for commanding artistic creativity and mathematical precision. In fact, he uses the Fibonacci theory as the foundation of every one of his designs, which is a sequence that can be found throughout nature.
