Let’s be honest, today’s world can be a highly negative place. Through the negativity that we are taught and exposed to, it can be pretty challenging for some of us to maintain a high vibrational frequency. Unfortunately, many of us have been unwittingly programmed into negativity, and positive thinking just doesn’t come naturally for us anymore.
For those who are trying to master the Law of Attraction, this negative programming can really interfere with the manifestation process. In order to be deliberate creators, we must keep a positive state of mind. This can be tricky when we’ve been trained into a low vibrational frequency.
Our television programming is a good example of this. Turn on the TV and it’s a challenge to find a program that doesn’t contain violence, crime, anger or gossip. Sadly, this constant exposure to negative thoughts, emotions and actions can easily transfer itself into our personal lives. What we surround ourselves with and think about, we become.
The good news is that you can program your mind into a high vibrational frequency just as easily as you could be programmed into negativity. Through exposing yourself to uplifting and inspirational ideas on a daily basis, you will start to absorb positive vibes. This is a simple process. It just requires that you surround yourself with good vibes throughout the day.
High vibrational frequency programming is something I decided to try out when I first started to learn about the Law of Attraction. I realized that for the Law of Attraction to work for me, I had to do whatever I could to keep my vibration as high as possible. So, I set out to make good vibes part of my daily routine.
With time, I found that I was really able to understand and follow the Law of Attraction on an internal level. Chronic exposure to good vibes made it easier for me to maintain optimism and deliberately manifest. Here’s the daily routine I used to help program my mind into a high vibrational frequency. Feel free to try it out on your own!
Early Morning: Morning meditation for a high vibrational frequency.
If you can spare just 10 minutes in the morning to do a quick meditation, you will train your mind into starting each day calm, centered and relaxed.
Simply sit or lie down with your eyes closed, and focus your attention entirely on your breathing. When thoughts come into your awareness, just let them float away without getting caught up in them. After 10 minutes, get up and go about your day.
In time, you will find it becomes easier for you to clear your mind, and that much of the mental chatter that causes anxiety and stress in your life will start to fade away.
Daytime: Video clips and other media for a high vibrational frequency.
Find video clips on the Law of Attraction, or clips that are funny or inspirational. If you have a smartphone, you can listen to them through your headphones. All you have to do is identify moments in your daily routine where you can listen to the clips without it interfering with your productivity.
For example, I would listen to YouTube clips of Abraham-Hicks, Bashar and Tony Robbins (amongst others) when I was styling my hair, doing dishes or vacuuming. I would also plug my phone into the USB port in my car so I could listen to some of the longer clips while I was driving. The comedy stations on Pandora and XM Radio were also good picks during my drives.

Late night: Sleep hypnosis for a high vibrational frequency.
I also started using my headphones to program my mind when I was asleep at night. There are lots of guided sleep meditations that are great for training you into a positive state of being.
One of my favorite YouTube channels is Jody Whitely’s sleep hypnosis channel. Jody has a very monotone voice, which guides you into a sleeping trance. Her messages are positive and soothing, and some of her clips are as long as 8 hours in length, so that you can listen to them throughout the night.
If you can find a way to incorporate positive programming into your daily routine, you’ll find that having a high vibrational frequency will become your standard. Instead of absorbing and replicating the negative ideas and actions you see on television and in society (like backstabbing, gossip, and fighting), you will begin to absorb and replicate the positive ideas and actions you are exposing yourself to through meditation, inspirational clips and sleep hypnosis.
It’s just about impossible to surround yourself with good vibes every day and night and continue to carry a negative state of mind. So, if you are trying to raise your vibration to use the Law of Attraction more effectively, consider using this daily routine to program your mind into a high vibrational frequency.
