Kika Uses Make-Up To Turn Herself Into Mind-Boggling Optical Illusions

Spread the word

Mirjana Kika Milosevic from Smederevo, Serbia is a professional body painting, face painting, make-up, skin illusions, special effects, and murals artist, as well as an interior and exterior designer, known by the nickname Kika.

Kika, a very talented lady, grew up in a war-struck country with no art schools and challenging times. Therefore, her parents couldn’t arrange lessons. Kika improved her drawing skills by drawing every day on any available surface she could find. According to her parents, Kika learned to draw before she learned to walk.

At 11, a friend of her sister asked her to draw a cartoon-character mural, and the result was fantastic, which inspired her to do more. She became well know and popular with the kids’ muralist in her country.

About three years after graduation Kika gave birth to her son Danilo. Motherhood gave Kika the strength to pursue what she always wanted to do.

After a spine accident, she had to take a break if she wanted to have more children, then in 2012, she gave birth to her second child, Nikola.

Nikola inspired her to do kids’ face painting, which was successful. She then completed an introductory make-up course, which led her to become interested in body painting and special effects.

In 2015, she won the special effects make-up award at the Festival of Serbian Fantastic Film.

Kika is now a fantastic body paint and illusions artist, who has been painting her own body to create incredible costumes and mind-boggling different optical illusions, from twisted body parts to skulls.

You can view some of the impressive works she creates, in the photos and video below.
